Service Dogs themselves, The Geo-Goldenz always admire other career dogs and have made this cache to honor some local canine heros. This is a nano container with room only for a very tiny log. Bring your own pencil, and please replace the cache carefully.
This location is where the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Dept. dogs train. Don't go inside the fenced area; it's not open to the public, and the cache is not in there anyway. We've never even once seen the dogs training here, but if they are when you arrive, please return another time so that your presence does not disturb their work.
This is the area of the city yard and animal pound, and there is a gate that is closed at night. The public should not enter after hours.
