Geocache Description:

The "high road" was once used as a skid road to transport timber logs to the waterfront during the logging phase at Cama. Teams of horses were used to drag or skid the logs down the road.

The "high" walking trail was the old entrance road to the cabins when the resort was owned by the Stradley/Risk family (Leroy and Lucy Stradley, then Muriel and Lee Risk). It is now a lighted trail to the waterfront.

The "low" walking trail (formerly the exit road from the beach) takes you by the Cama Center which opened September 2011. Hours for the Cama Center and the Cama Cafe are posted near the main door. The Cama Cafe offers a variety of baked goods, breakfast items and lunches.

Wi-Fi is available at the Cama Center. The Cama Center is available for rental to celebrate the events of your life.
