This is an easy park and grab along I-75.
If you have some time, head over to Camp Wildcat, a Civil War Battlefield. Its only a couple of miles from I-75. Follow the brown signs. The road to the site is partially paved and partially gravel. Once you get there, they have a nice pavillion, bathrooms and several trails which are handicap accessible. You'll be able to climb Hoosier Knob for a nice view and there is lots to learn.
