Here's a nice cache that I placed right in the area my office building.
It's a magnetic Micro (ugh), but it'll be a fun find. The cache is not obvious, but you don't ever have to take your feet off the concrete/pavement. There is no need to step into the bushes or dirt.
Don't park in the road near the coordinates. There's no room on the busy street and your car may get rear-ended. You should park in the street behind the building or, if the lot is not too full, park there. Just please be mindful of the parking in the lot so as not to attract attention.
If you search/find it during business hours, feel free to poke your head into Suite 1-E and say a quick "hello." I'm new Geocaching and would love to put some faces with the usernames...
