This cache is located on private property, but don't worry, permission has been granted, and you do not have to enter the property to find the cache.
This cache is most likely wheelchair accessible, especially if you are caching with a friend.
I decided to put out another Bored @ Work cache seeing as it has been about 5 years or so since I hid the last one.
This cache can be retrieved from the sidewalk, you do not need to enter the property to get it.
I might hide more Bored @ Work caches, time will tell.
