Walter H.A. Hill Came to Regina in 1902 when lots on Albert street were selling for 50 cents a foot of frontage. In 1903 He partnered with the McCallums to form an insurance firm. In their early years they bought farm land for development including the present day Lakeview area.
This is our second cache located on Hill Avenue. The cache is located on a private Hill Avenue lot but you have the owner's permission to venture into the front yard a couple of feet.
The lovely pine trees play a little havoc with the GPS but the find isn't too difficult.
