Saddleback Trail offers a scenic and enjoyable trek between Merigan
Fire Road on the south and South Boundary Fire Road on the north.
No steep foothills or mountains to conquer, just a gentle rise from
the southern to the northern end. No bicycles, no ORVs, and no dogs
permitted on this trail.
Well, here you stand at the northern terminus of Saddleback Trail.
Depending upon which way you are headed, perhaps at the beginning
or perhaps at the end of this delightful trail, isn't it too bad
that you are miles from your vehicle. So it goes. While placing
these hides my faithfull companion and dear friend was non-other
than Denice of the incomparable and world-renowned Kwvers! team. It
was a rare treat to observe an elite Geocacher ply her trade.
