You are looking for a plastic spice container. It has a view of something big.
Parking nearby by the guard rail. Please put this one back as you found it. Make sure it is stable in its location. I may add an attachment device if there is a problem in keeping it in its hiding spot. If you find this one on the ground please place back up inside and lay the container on its side.
