Come out and join TeamBulldawg and our good friend Pitty Pat for a few hours of fellowship and fun.
Reed Bingham located about 6 miles west of Adel, Georgia is very geocacher friendly and has 6 caches in the park to seek. Suzanne, the park manager, is open to having some more placed and getting more geocachers in the park. As a way of saying thanks, we would like to do a little cleanup on Saturday the 11th of February starting at 1000.
We will meet at the posted coordinates and go from there. Suzanne has giving us two possibilities for areas in which to clean but we won't know for sure which ones she wants us to do until a couple of days before the event. A suggestion is to bring a good pair of gloves and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty in. Boots would be a good idea too in case we do around the lake shore. We will provide trash bags and disposable gloves.
After a couple of hours of cleaning, we would like to ask that all of you who attend bring a brown bag lunch and we can use one of the many picnic areas that might be available. This would give us an opportunity to share some caching "war stories". We will provide the drinks. (water and soda)
Please note that this is a state park and a $5.00 per vehicle charge will be required to access the park.
