St. Hart: We (Mrs. St. Hart and Erika) checked on this cache and couldn't find it. Apparently, it's a different kind of hide than when I saw it shortly after it was hidden in 2012. We didn't have a suitable replacement, so we decided to archive it.

Overview: Hollywood Riviera section of Torrance, in one of the few open green spaces. You're looking for something that doesn't belong, in a snug place. And, you should need a common TOTT to extract the cache. Thanks for replacing it well tucked in, almost out of sight and unreachable, so the next cacher also needs the common TOTT.

We are populating our neighborhood, the Hollywood Riviera -- that part of Torrance with the Redondo Beach address on the north slope of PV – with geocaches because there are virtually none hidden here.
This cache is in a nice little triangular green space we occasionally walk by. Although the neighbors across the 3 surrounding streets are used to seeing strangers passing through their little patch of green, don't act too suspiciously.
Log-only cache; bring your own writing utensil. The intended placement is in a snug place where you will have to pry something out and will probably require use of a common TOTT for cache extraction..
Please try to replace the cache as you find it (or as you think was intended), so that it requires that common TOTT for the next extraction.
