You need to visit four trees at the park, identify them, and fill in the blanks below with their names. Clues have been given for each tree. These are simple, common names rather than botanical, so that kids and non-horticulturalists can have a go at tree i.d.
Use the alpha-numerical equivalents to solve a math problem at the end which will give you the coordinates for the final hide, cleverly disguised to blend into the natural surroundings.
NARA Park (the North Acton Recreation Area) is located at 25 Ledge Rock Way in Acton and is operated by the Town of Acton Recreation Department. The park is open year-round from sunrise to sunset and is staffed seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through late August. Public restrooms are open in season, otherwise there are portable toilets at the upper and lower parking lots much of the year.

There are two parking lots. One is located right off Route 27/Main Street and the other is located off Quarry Road. There is a paved, one-mile loop, walking trail around the perimeter of the park surrounding a manmade pond, beach, playground, ball fields, picnic pavilions, hill, wetlands boardwalk and outdoor amphitheater.
