Geocache Description:

Park off the road, right in front of the gate. It looks like there might have been a logging road here at one time but it is young forest now.

I know you don't want to come all the way out here for just one cache so there are six easy caches for you to find along Shopton Rd. West bordering the McDowell Nature Preserve. On the back of each log sheet will be a number that you can use to find an ammo can in the woods in McDowell Park proper. Keep track of the numbers as you complete this cache run and then visit the park for an ammo can in the woods!
