Ryan's Ninja Adventure (Canterbury) Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

TheCur8or: As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

This is a 3 stage multi-cache placed for our friend Ryan who moved to Australia to join the Navy. All are within walking distance of each other if your keen, but driving is probably easiest.

We placed this cache for Ryan as he used to love Geocaching with us. He often sailed in Lyttelton Harbor and we used to go on motorcycle rides through the hills around the bay. We made this a multi-cache because he loves epic ninja cache hunting :).

The coordinates given will take you to the first cache site. Here you will find a small aluminum pill keychain containing the longitude coordinate for the final cache with some missing numbers. You will need to use the clues in the cache to fill in the blanks. You will also find the coordinates for the second cache site.

At the second cache site you will find a micro sized container with the second half (latitude coordinate) of the final cache, also with some missing numbers. Use the clues in the cache to fill in the missing digits.

Once you have filled in all the blanks and combined the two coordinates, this will take you to the final cache site where there are great views of Lyttelton port and the bays. Hidden here is a 200mL Black Sistema container containing a logbook and some other small items to swap. When placed it contained the Hamburg Geocoin, a bouncy ball, carabiner and some other small trinkets.

Note: You will need to bring your own pen and paper to write down the coordinates for the final cache as you figure it out.

For final cache, there is not need to go below. Stay on top and you should find it :)
