Knagur Green: This cache has been replaced by cachers since I disabled it, and seems to still have problems. The CO has not cached since October 2013, so this looks like it will be a continuous problem. To stop it showing from the lists and to open the place in hopes another cacher will place a new cacher there I am archiving it.
