This cache is placed in a car park, built on the former Midland Railway Mainline from Nottingham to London. The fourth stage of "Mainline to London". The cache contains clues for the location of the final cache
The Nottingham & Melton Railway was opened in 1879 to provide a more direct link from Nottingham to London. It was closed in 1968.
Here the embankment has been removed to build the supermarket car park.
This cache replaces the archived GC199B8.
