I averaged the coordinates twice so one should not have to stray far in the quest of this cache.
I may reduce the difficulty on this pending comments from finders. I think you'll agree that I was mean on this one.
Since there has only been two finders thus far, I will note that I have never seen a cache using this container. Persistence and the power of observation are required.
