Root of the Problem Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

deepdish23: There are so many beautiful place at Liberty Reservoir that there is no need to send cachers to an area where some ne'er-do-wells have taken over. When I first scouted this place I never notice any sign of human activity and almost as soon as I placed the cache there, there have been much signs of muggle activity. Thanks to everyone who has searched for this cache.

Geocache Description:

As a goal for 2012, I am attempting to find every cache near the Liberty Reservoir. While attempting this goal, I decided I wanted to join in the fun and place a cache there too.
This cache is between the caches Solitude and Got Wood? For those cachers, like myself, that are out of shape, this is a great place to rest a little bit between those two caches, pull out the water bottle, and enjoy the scenic view as you will be on one of the elevated areas of Liberty Reservoir. For those cachers that are in shape and aren't even breaking a sweat, you can still enjoy the view. Both types of cachers can now grab a cache while taking a break here.
You are looking for a lock-and-lock container. The title of this cache is all the hint you will need.
