There is a chain of eating establishments that have two first names in the title, which always seemed a bit odd to me. I have decided to conduct a steakout in order to find out who's business it really is, and I need your help!
First, you must figure out which confusing titled business is being referred to...
Hint: Qba'g jnaqre gbb sne
Label the letters of the two names as follows:
N1L1, N1L2... letters of the first name
N2L1, N2L2... letters of the second name
Using the two names, figure out the cache's correct location using a simple alpha-number substitution (a=1...z=26) and making the following adjustments to the "given" coordinates hundredths place (N .497 & W .623)
497 + ( 1N2L - 1N1L ) - 1N4L = NNN
623 + 2N1L + 2N2L + 2N3L + 2N4L + 2N4L + 2N5L = WWW
