edvern: This one hasn't been found for a year, and should have been a straight forward find. The native plantings have grown considerably since the cache was placed, making it less easy to reach the location. The orthoptera had a good life!

Geocache Description:

View from Windmill Lookout

Located on the popular Manawatu Gorge walkway. This cache is located at the Windmill Lookout - about half way along the track.
Allow about 1 hour 15 minutes to walk to the Windmill Lookout from either the car park at the Ashhurst end, or the Ballance Road (Woodville) end. A good place to take a break, there is a table here and a toilet. Enjoy the close-up views of the windmills.
