Szokolya is a quiet and peaceful village at the foot of Börzsöny mountain. Approach:
1) on road 12, exit at Kismaros
2) by train, on the Vác - Balassagyarmat line
3) by dinkey, it has two stops within the settlement
4) by bus from Kismaros or Vác

You may visit Kacár farm at N 47° 51,5630' E 19° 0,1160'. The farm is maintained by its owner, István Lénárt. The buildings represent the traditional rural life. The goal’s to demonstrate the traditional peasant farming and the nearly forgotten folk crafts. The visitor may try baking, hammering horseshoes by manpower, turning legs of spinning wheels, carving stones and wood, make pottery or even spin and weave.

This is the new listing of Szokolya cache, after the old listing (visit link) ), which is archieved.

Please log it only if you found it after 14th of January, 2012. Thanks! I don't agree with double logs for the same cache.
