You know those Chinese puzzles....secret compartments, hidden doors etc, well, that's what's awaiting you with this one. Hope you've got your thinking head on!
Don't try to do this without first reading the instructions below....unless you're a safe-cracker!
This cache is located very near to a foot-crossing of the Bala Lake Railway, at what used to be a minor halt on the railway when it was mainline. Trains still run through here, but they're tourist and cacher friendly, narrow-gauge steam trains, which will approach slowly and from which you'll get a friendly wave as the driver passes you by. If you happen to be caching whilst a train goes through, don't worry, the railway company looks kindly on cachers and they have a brilliant cafe at the western end of the line, where more geocaches await. Just stand well back whilst the train goes by.
Having said all that....do please keep a very watchful eye on children and pets, especially if a train goes by.
Everything that you need is there, at the cache, here's what you need to do.....
Firstly, find the location in the usual way, using the HINT if you need it,
Secondly, discover the HAVOC and calculate the CHAV out of it,
Thirdly, enter the CHAV code
Fourthly.....well, you'll need to work that out for yourself.
Finally...please reset the puzzle exactly as you found it.
Grateful thanks to the owners of the railway who have given me permission to set caches along their land.
Congratulations to martinbryn (again) for the FTF. On what must have been the busiets day, to date, of the year for him, he still went out and found a couple of FTFs!
