Football Or Soccer? What’s In A Name?
In France, they call it football; in Latin America and Spain they call it fútbol. The Germans use a slight variation: Fußball or fooseball.
It makes perfect sense: With the exception of the goalie, a majority of the play involves feet. But in the United States, the game played almost exclusively with hands is called football and the game played almost exclusively with feet is called soccer.
The amount of hours I have spent at this park is astounding. Whether it's coaching two teams at one time or just watching one of my boys play on another coach's team, I have many memories here and have wanted to place a well secured cache at this location for quite some time. Well, now is the time! Come find me! Please don't try to hunt this cache during peak game times as muggles will abound immensely!
As always, with any of my caches, if the cache needs attention, please let me know ASAP via email via the GC site and I'll go investigate. Thanks for searching for my caches!
