Hidden to coincide with the Leap Day event to be held nearby. What good is an event without some nearby caches!
Typical urban hide, in a typical spot. Normally I would put this as a 1-1, but due to the muggle factor, I upped it a few notches! Small container with room for small trade and trackable items. Be sure to put back exactly as you found it.
