Good Eats! Liberty Traditional Cache

This bison should not be hunted after dusk. Cache location is outside of the building, but I don't recommend looking for it at night which may cause it to be compromised.

If you turn your back to the building & look generally to the northeast, you can see the area where a tornado wiped out 3 homes in April, 2011. It's the vacant lots near the brick house down the hill. For a better view, drive down Liberty Road to the creek. You'll see damage on both sides of the road. Twin tornadoes split to each side of this particular place & the brick house beside it. It continued on northward until it crossed the county line near GCF389 (Come Visit Clarkton).

This establishment has served the area farmers, hunters & locals for a great many years, changing owners only three times in my lifetime. And I've lived over half a century!

If you should happen to enter within, be sure to investigate all of the antique farm & home implements hanging over your head. At the appropriate times, breakfast, lunch & delicious homemade desserts made in the homey lil kitchen on site could be available.

Truckers & RV drivers: You will find parking available on the south side LP Bailey HWY in a gravel lot.
