THE CACHE IS AT THE LISTED COORDS.
Each state has a two letter Postal Code abbreviation. The objective of this challenge is to find caches with those Postal Codes in the GC Code. For instance the code for Iowa is IA, thus you would need to find a cache with the letters IA inside the GC code. The Postal Code for Texas is TX, thus TX would need to be inside a find of yours.
Here's the good news, you do not need to find all 50 states Postal Codes. Currently the algorithms with geocaching use 29 Postal Codes, therefore only 29 Postal Codes are required for this cache.

You may find this cache prior to qualifying. Just sign the log and write a note on the cache page of your current Postal Code Challenge status. Then when you qualify you may claim the find on the cache.
