This series focuses on some of the public houses and inns around Medway. All caches are located as close as possible to the pubs in question, so if you need an excuse to sample a swift one then here it is....
(none of these caches contains a pen)
This one was my local for many years so i had to include it in the series.
This inn has been on its present site since (it is believed) the 17th century, the cellar being original to the old coaching inn that is thought to have been here. The cache is located in the footpath opposite the pub which leads to Sidney Road and Hill road, Where you will find another cache. (Fort Borstal micro #2 View, GC36BOK)
