Fabulous February celebrates that 2012 is a leap year so there's an extra day to cache in February. There's nothing remarkable about the location except that I walk past this cache regularly so it'll be easy to maintain.
Cache is a tiny green bison tube attached to the top of a fence. Cache is about the size of a nano. The cache will NOT need to be removed from the fence; it can simply be unscrewed. Please note that there is limited parking close to the cache so walking will be required.
