Fabulous February celebrates that 2012 is a leap year so there's an extra day to cache in February. There's nothing remarkable about the location except that I walk past this cache regularly so it'll be easy to maintain.
The cache is a black bison. It's hidden on the ground behind cricket practise nets. The cache is attached to the lower horizontal bar of the nets. You will not be able to access the cache from inside the nets; you will need to walk behind the nets.
