Rest In Peace: Aquila Henning (v2.0)
This spot held a cache placed by Team_Zigbot since 2008. They’ve recently retired the original cache and with their permission we are placing a new one here. The cemetery is located on Old Stage Road in Albrightsville, not far from Route 903 or Route 534.
This cemetery dates back to the 1850’s and has an interesting headstone belonging to Aquila Henning. Typically headstones have a “Born” date and a “Died” date; this one is a little different. It indicates BORN June 7, 1892 and SHOT November 24, 1932 and that, “An innocent soul sent to eternity” rests here.
