CGP #2 Traditional Cache

First place I placed this had been a homeless guy's home before the flood. It was too close to another cache so I had to move it. See there is now a new tent and a guy living about 50' from where I had placed this.
Came and had what I thought was a creative idea for this cache. Spent a long time trying to get it set up only to then notice I might not quite be far enough from another and moved it. Spent the time setting it up there then decided that wasn't a good spot either for other reasons. So a couple hours of fooling around for nothing.
It didn't take long to place it where I left it which I'm sure you'll notice. I don't think it'll take you too long to find it either. Left a trackable to entice someone out.
