Decided that this area needed a few more caches.
Thanks to Team O for bringing me out here.

There is parking across from GZ.
This is a regular container with room for tradeables.
I did forget to put a writing utensil so BYOP.

There shouldn't be a problem with muggles.
There is also no need to go beyond the fence.
