An easy puzzle and a medium hide.
Cache is not at the posted coordinates, but is within a kilometer or so. You must solve the puzzle below to get the final coordinates. The posted coordinates are at Hangar 15, where the Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose was built, and which is now primarily used for film production.
Here's an easy puzzle for you (I'm talking to you non-puzzleheads 
). The only tricky part should be converting seconds into decimal minutes. The cache is located in the Horizon at Playa Vista area, which is still not quite yet fully realized, victim to a slower commercial real estate market and some lawsuits regarding environmental impact. It's an interesting mix of the old Hughes Aircraft structures, new Playa Vista buildings, and empty lots awaiting a better economic climate.
Waiting can be hard and lonely. Given where this cache is hidden, it might be quite a long wait. It is sitting in its waiting area, patiently waiting for the next geocacher to find it. When will they come? Won't you please help?
