IHB #18 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

SUV2003: Flood has severely damaged this bridge, making it very unsafe to search for the cache. I have removed the cache container and archiving it. Thanks to all who visited this site, and especially to those marked it as a favorite :)

Geocache Description:

THE CACHE CONTAINER ONLY HOLDS A LOGSHEET, SO BYOP.

This cache is eighteenth in my IHB (I Heart Bridges) series.

Bridges have always been an interest of mine, so I have been scouting out the area for the past year looking for interesting ones.
Some are on the National Historic Register; some are unused and forgotten; and almost all are by great swimming holes, fishing spots, and picnic areas.

Whether you visit them for their history, design or location, there will be something that you will appreciate about these structures.

Also be sure to hunt for other nearby caches while you are in the area.

I hope this series will give you as much enjoyment discovering them as it did for me.

CONGRATS TO SWMOGUY FOR FTF!

"Isolate city spread alongside water,
Posted with white towers, she keeps her face
Half-turned to Europe, lonely northern daughter,
Holding through centuries her separate place."
Philip Larkin
