Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail
The first mile of about 2,650 miles of trail. The PCT is an educational and recreational treasure and is one of the finest trails in the world. It's more than just mountains and geography, it's about people and the idea that we can preserve our most wild and beautiful places.
If you see Border Patrol, say hello and tell them what you are doing so they don't come after you. It's a nice 2-3 mile hike if you start at the border and return.
