Arkansas River Valley Geocachers Celebrate Leap Day

You're Invited to Join Us for a Leap Day Event

Leap Day comes around just once every 4 years, so we want to be sure and fill your statistics grid for this date. Groundspeak is releasing a special Leap Day Souvenir for all cachers on their profile page who log a cache/event on this day. Also by attending and logging your "attended" you are helping Groundspeak in their recent goal of breaking the record number of accounts to log a cache in a single day. (The current record, 78,313, was set on 10/10/10). We hope you can make it to the event because the next chance to fill in the date, February 29th, won't be here for another 1,460 days

If this is the last remaining blank square on your grid, please tell us in your "Will Attend" log so we can plan on helping you celebrate your hard work and dedication to caching. Caching on ALL 366 dates of the year is an amazing accomplishment, as is tracked by the Days of the Year graphics.

Please note that each attendee will be responsible for his or her own food and drink. The manager of the restaurant has agreed that persons attending this event will not be required to purchase anything. However, please do not bring your own food or drink into the restaurant!
