Geocache Description:

I WILL BE ARCHIVING THIS GEOCACHE WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS AS I AM NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN IT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADOPT, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

It's twenty minutes' walk from Belstead into the Old Hall Wood, where a small but well-signed footpath leads you off the beaten track and into the trees...

From Belstead, just south of Ipswich, take a walk along the well-trodden bridle path into the heart of the Old Hall Wood. Keep your eyes peeled for a turning into the trees, marked by a trail of spots.

Among the fallen branches, someone took shelter. Take a look underneath, and see what you find.

There are a few steepish slopes into the wood and a bit of mud, but nothing unsuitable for children or dogs.
