Welcome to the middle of nowhere

Been passed this quite a few times in my life and thought of the area as no mans land because it is on the boundry of two councils.As you will notice when you arrive one one side is Wakefield Regional Council and on the other is Barunga West Council but even here in No mans land Fire Restrictions Apply? go figure.
