Welcome to Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve! This cache is
located at the highest point in preserve (about 280 ft ASL).There
are many entrances, but the two main ones are provided as
waypoints. Although a much longer walk, I highly recommend the
entrance located at Vetrans Memorial Park as there is now a cool
interactive Kiosk which consists of announcements and information
about the Preserve, and gives visitors the opportunity to provide
suggestions, feedback to the Preserve’s Management Council.
Other cool features include a "Recent Sightings" list, a "Wildlife
of the Month" feature (focusing on a plant or anmial in the
preserve) and listing of upcoming nature events.
