Sir Francis Drake, probably the most famous of this club. 1540 - 1592. He was an English sea captain. He completed the 2nd ever circumnavigation of the world in 1577 - 1580.
Sir Francis Washington 1530 - 1590. MP for Banbury
Sir Francis Chitchester 1901 - 1972. Aviator and Sailor. Knighted for the being the 1st person to sail single handed around the world by the clipper route in a time of 9 months and 1 day.
What has this got to do with this cache I hear you ask?
Well nothing as it turn out except Francis is the street where it best to access this cache from. Park at the bottom of the street, get the geo dog as they are allowed in this park. The cache is a short 200 metre walk along a well mown path. We disturbed a couple of kangaroos lying under the trees.
The cache is a small container so small swaps are welcome.
