Geocache Description:

The 19th cache in the community PTPT project.

Cache description 1: This is another addition to the ever-growing Pipeline Track Power Trail (thanks Cheesy Pigs for setting this up). You should know what you're looking for by now, and you should have come properly prepared for walking on the mountain (suitable gear for all weathers, and food and drink).

Cache description 2: There are lots of lovely natural and historical things that you could pay attention to as you walk this trail, any one of which I could have written about in the cache description or incorporated into the cache name ... but I didn't.

Cache description 3: Okay, time to tell you the story behind this cache name. Many years ago I was camping along this track, near the little hut not far from St Crispin's Well about 1km from here (I'd have put the cache closer but (a) the PTPT hasn't got that far yet, and (b) you may not want to be too close to the most appropriate location). When the morning came, as morning does, nature called, as nature does, and so I grabbed "Doug" (my little trowel for digging suitable holes) and headed back along the track and then up into the bush. I was confident that I wouldn't be disturbed: it was early morning and I was far from the track beginning. Having done what needed to be done I stepped out of the bush back onto the track, bearing Doug as obvious evidence of what I'd been doing, straight into the path of an early morning walker. I hope I had enough sang froid to give a cheery "Good morning" but suspect I just blushed loudly.
