God's Wonderful Railway...Aller Bridge Junction Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Westwardho!: Decided to let this one go, with the 'new' road gangs moving in things are only going to get more difficult and it will probably lose some of it's appeal when the flyovers start appearing. I expect someone will come up with a cache in the future like 'A380 flyover number 1' or something else mundane. [;)]

Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of caches to celebrate the Great Western Railway, affectionately known as 'God's Wonderful Railway'. This is your chance to release your inner 'anorak' and go trainspotting, feel free to wear that 'Parka' that's been hanging in the wardrobe for decades!

Aller Bridge junction is where the main line splits, with two lines going to serve the Torbay branch line, stopping at Torre, Torquay and Paignton. While the other two lines head off to Totnes before serving all the other stations on the way down to Penzance.
Silver bison.
I recommend parking in Aller Brake Road and crossing the 'road of death' carefully!
