Geocache Description:

Not at the posted coordinates, solve the puzzle for the location of the cache. Hidden in a traditional manner in Muddy Branch Park.

Dukester1 and I came out for a hike with a backpack full of lock-n-locks, and hid a few in the park. He is a big Rice Krispie fan so we named the caches accordingly (Snap, Crackle, Pop)...the names have nothing to do with the puzzles.

I haven't seen this type of cipher used before, exactly. Happy solving, and have a nice hike!
