small rock outcrop with fantastic views
Not far from 'are you alone in the dark', but very very different. This was once a place I came to sit and think, usually peaceful, it has great views to the north and east. The ground here is steep and often muddy, but the view is worth the effort. If approaching from Top road please park carefully. There is a small children's play area in the middle of the field. Be advised there are steep and often muddy slopes and often cows in the fields. However it is not very far from the road. The cache is close to the rocky outcrop my family has always called 'the nobble'.
