A fellow Southern Illinois cacher started this theme and has given me permission to continue it. Most coin operated phone booths are obsolete, although you might find one that works. Many of the booths are drive-up types and most have had the phones removed, but the kiosks are still there. This one is owned by Citizen, still has the phonebook (also obsolete) holder, but no book.
