The Kings Mountain Gateway Trail is a greenway that will eventually connect with Crowders Mountain State Park and some other nearby parks. The entire trail system is about 2.3 miles long and has enough altitude increases to make the trail strenuous in a few places. Please visit www.kmgatewaytrails.org for additional information about this recreational area. This would be a great family cache--a smiley and some exercise.
The cache is a pill bottle that has been re-cycled, and contains has only a log, so bring your own pen. The cache is some distance off the main trails, and there should be no muggles about when you retrieve the cache.
