It became the first stone building in Verhneudinsk. Its particularity is in absence of frescoes and its main decorative element is carved gilded iconostasis. The cathedral is considered to be one of the most outstanding examples of stone architecture of the first half of XVIII century and it is the only example of Siberian baroque style survived to now.
