Where Things Meet #2 Traditional Cache

This location is where Dry River enters North River.
Dry River begins north of Feedstone Mountain and runs south along Rt. 33 through Rawley Springs then Lilly, Montezuma & Bridgewater where it meets with North River at this spot.
North River begins at the top of Shenandoah Mountain in Augusta Co. Near the West Virginia line. If you look at the map you will see that this river flows, south, east & north on its way to Bridgewater. Over the years many communities has had major floods from North River. Port Republic is where North River meets South River, which is the beginning of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River.
There may be times that it may not be accessible due to high water.
This cache is not well hidden or camoed. So to make it a little more difficult I will not post the size or any hints. Hints will be given after there is a FTF.
