A recent geocacher reports the roadway in the area has been changed
and the 1st marker is no longer visible. So, just go to the spot
and report or photograph something unique for the "first survey
marker" portion as described below in the original description
instead of locating the actual marker.
Original description (the 1st marker reportedly no longer there,
but the second marker is still there):
The first survey marker was how the Southwest Florida Water
Management District marks their water control structures.
The second marker is a U.S. Geological Survey marker with a few
challenges thrown in to get credit for this cache. The second
marker is at N26 50.104 W081 31.072. After finding it, the first
challenge is to then locate something near that position that is
named similar to a former national TV news show personality. Name
what you find here and the TV personality.
