Geocache Description:

This is a neat area with a great view of Lake Russell. Two Miles of Gravel Road and a Short Hike to the Cache. Please be Respectful of the Area.

Old Dan Tucker was a mighty man
Washed his face in a frying pan
Combed his hair with a wagon wheel
Died with a toothache in his heel

This familiar song was based on a real person, the Reverend Daniel Tucker. He lived in the Heardmont area of Elbert County. In the past, Heardmont was a busy community. Now only a few markers note is historical significance. The cache is easily found after a short walk. The cache is an ammo box. Don't go when it's wet or raining unless you have a good 4WD.

Please rehide as well as found or better for the next cacher!
