Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a 2 mile circular walk of 6 geocaches on the outskirts of Frampton Cotterell. Best place to park is near St Peters church or Mill Lane in Frampton Cotterell.

The walk goes along some fields, then follows a lane and finally returns via the Frome Valley Walk. The caches are numbered anticlockwise, but this walk can be done from either direction.

Caches contain only pencil and log.

The walk can be muddy at times, so wellies or walking boots are recommended, especially in winter. There some stiles along the way.

We have tried to be creative with the hiding places, so we hope most if not all won't be obvious. To help you find them I am trialling a two stage hint system. In case you are like me and read the hint before you even set off, I didn't want to spoil the fun and make the hint too obvious. But if you sometime struggle finding the actual containers (as I do) I didn't want to have too many DNFs. So the first part of the hint contains a clue about the location of the cache. The second line of the hint is written backwards and gives away the cache container. Try not to read the 2nd part before having a good go at finding the cache!!

We have only recently starting placing caches so we are still collecting experience. Should there be any problems with the caches, please contact us and let us know.

Have fun!
